01 General Terms & Introduction
Sona101 bet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sona101 bet.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility
The following conditions must be met to open an account with sona101 bet:
- Applicants must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, truthful, and complete.
- Each individual may operate one account only.
- Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is a punishable offence.
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
Sona101 bet may request a national ID, passport, or other documents at any time for KYC (identity verification) purposes. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.
If an account is opened using false information, all bets and winnings will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

03 Betting Rules & Outcome Determination
Every bet placed on Sona101 Bet is governed by specific rules. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled — though a "Cash Out" option is available in certain circumstances.
- All bet outcomes are determined based on official announcements from the relevant sports governing bodies.
- If a match is abandoned mid-way, stakes will be refunded unless otherwise specified.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Sona101 Bet reserves the right to void the affected bet.
- Odds in live betting change in real time; the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed are final.
- The maximum bet amount per single event is fixed and subject to change.

Sona101 bet reserves the right to impose limits or close accounts belonging to betting syndicates or professional bettors.
04 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals on sona101 bet:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes, though delays may occur if a verification check is in progress.
- Transactions can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
- Suspicious transactions may be investigated as part of our anti-money laundering measures.
Withdrawals of ৳10,000 or more will be automatically put on hold until account verification (KYC) is complete. Sona101 Bet does not charge any additional fees on transactions, though charges from the payment provider may apply.
Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any such transaction identified will be cancelled.
05 Bonus, Voucher & Promotion Terms
Sona101 Bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page.
- The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
- Withdrawals will not be permitted until the wagering requirements for each bonus have been met.
- Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance are credited to the real balance, but the bonus balance itself cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Voucher codes may only be used once, and expired vouchers will not be accepted.
- If bonus abuse is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the account.

06 Prohibited Activities & Misconduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sona101 Bet:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Creating artificial bets to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
- Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
- Interfering with the Platform through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Harassing or defrauding other members.
- Placing bets using automated bots or software.
Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed above may result in sona101 bet closing your account without notice, forfeiting all funds, and pursuing legal action where necessary.
07 Account Closure & Suspension
Sona101 bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- In the event of a breach of terms and conditions.
- If evidence of fraud or deception is found.
- Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
- If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 36 months).
- If a self-exclusion request is submitted.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify the user by email before closing their account; however, immediate action may be taken in urgent situations. Balances in inactive accounts may be forfeited after a specified period.
If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. You may also request self-exclusion, which allows your account to be suspended for a set period or permanently.
08 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
Sona101 bet is not responsible for the following:
- If a bet fails due to internet disconnection or a technical error.
- Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
- If services are disrupted due to external factors (natural disasters, government restrictions).
- Account information leaked due to the user's own negligence.
Betting is a risky activity. sona101 bet makes no guarantees of profit. Any financial losses incurred from betting are solely the user's responsibility. Please bet responsibly and only wager what you can afford to lose.
The total liability of Sona101 Bet shall never exceed the total balance held in the relevant user's account.
09 Dispute Resolution Process
If you have a dispute with Sona101 Bet, please contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.
- Any disputes regarding bet outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the result being published.
- Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
- If your issue remains unresolved through support, please submit a formal complaint via email.
The decision of Sona101 Bet shall be considered final in any dispute. That said, we are committed to reviewing every dispute fairly and transparently.
10 Changes to Terms & Contact
